Install and open CreatorFinder

Install the extension in the Chrome profile you normally use for creator research.

Install from the Chrome Web Store. After installation, pin CreatorFinder AI from Chrome’s Extensions menu for quick access.
Sign in to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Make sure you can open search results and creator profiles normally before starting.
Open the extension side panel. Choose English or Chinese, then use Auto Search for a new campaign or Manual for the profile currently open.
You are ready when: the CreatorFinder side panel is visible on the right of Chrome and you can see the Auto-Discover and Manual tabs.

Log in and check credits

Open Settings to view your account status, available allowance, and top-up balance.

First login

Open Settings in the extension, enter your email, and set a password using the email verification code. Future logins use your email and password.

Credit balance

The extension shows the current plan allowance, purchased balance, and total available credits. Usage details are confirmed before an action starts.

Where to click
Click the gear icon, open Settings, and find My Account.
First login
Enter your email, choose “First login or forgot password?”, enter the email code, then create an 8+ character password.
Later logins
Enter the same email and password and click Log in with password.

Follow the search and handle interruptions

The side panel shows progress and the creators found so far.

During collection

Keep the platform pages opened by CreatorFinder available until the search finishes. You can stop the search at any time. If Chrome restarts, reopen CreatorFinder to continue checking the task.

Verification or sign-in required

If CreatorFinder asks you to verify, sign in, wait because of frequent access, or check a page, open that platform page, complete the requested action, then retry.

The extension will never bypass a platform captcha or login requirement. Do not repeatedly restart the same search while a verification page is still present.
Captcha
Click Open Search Window, complete the verification yourself, confirm the platform page shows normal results, then retry.
Sign-in required
Sign in on the platform page in the same Chrome profile, return to CreatorFinder, and resume or start the search again.
Task stalled
Open the search window from CreatorFinder and check whether the page loaded normally. If there is still no progress, stop the search and submit it again.

Review, filter, and select results

Open creator cards to inspect public profile details and analysis results.

Open details
Click a creator card to inspect Bio, follower count, average views, engagement, public email, links, and analysis fields.
Filter
Click Filters, choose the conditions you need, and use Reset filters to return to the full list.
Select
Tick individual creators, or click All above the list to select all currently displayed results.
Important: local filters change what is displayed; they do not permanently delete creators. If you want an Excel file containing only filtered creators, select those visible results before exporting. With no selection, export may include the full result list.

Choose the right analysis mode

Use analysis after identifying profiles worth a closer look.

Fast Analyze

Designed for faster batch reading of public creator details. The extension shows whether this mode is currently available for your account.

Deep Analyze

Adds deeper creator metrics and AI insights when you need a more detailed evaluation. Review the confirmation shown before starting.

How to run
Select one or more creator cards, optionally enable Fast Analyze, then click the Analyze button. Keep the relevant creator pages available until the progress bar completes.

Use Deep Analyze on a creator when you need a more detailed AI assessment. Confirm the displayed information before continuing.

Collect the current profile manually

Use Manual whenever you want to add the creator profile currently open in Chrome.

Open a public TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube creator profile in the active Chrome tab.
Open CreatorFinder, choose Manual, then click Collect from Current Profile.
Review the captured Bio, followers, contact signals, and links, then save, analyze, label, or export the creator.
Keyword helper
In Manual, choose a platform and country, describe the creator type, then click Generate Keywords. Click a suggested keyword or hashtag to open its platform results.
TikTok pages
After generating TikTok result pages, use Auto-Collect All to collect supported search and hashtag pages.
Instagram / YouTube
Open an individual creator profile from the results, return to the side panel, and click Collect from Current Profile.
For Instagram, open an individual creator profile first. Instagram hashtag/tag pages are not supported by current-profile collection.
Use Manual when: you already know a creator, found an account while browsing, or want to save one profile without starting an Auto-Discover task.

Save, organize, and export

Turn a result list into a reusable outreach shortlist.

Favorites and labels

Click the star on a creator card, create collections, rename them, add custom labels, and remove creators when needed. Favorites require an eligible logged-in account.

Excel and backup

Select creators and export an Excel file, or export a whole favorites collection. Favorites also support JSON backup and restore. Use Clear Data only when you intend to remove local creator/contact data.

Save
Click the star on a creator card, choose an existing collection or create a new one, then add any custom labels you need.
Export list
Select the creators you want and click Export. To export a saved collection, open Favorites and click Export Excel.
Clear data
Clear removes local creator and contact data. Export or back up anything important before using it.
