Logged-in free accounts receive 3,000 Credits per week. Monthly plans receive 10,000/day, 6-month plans 15,000/day, and yearly plans 20,000/day. Top-up Credits remain until used.
How do I renew after expiry?
Simply purchase again with the same email — your subscription updates automatically. Log in to see the new expiry. Historical data is unaffected.
What does each platform search cost?
TikTok search costs 1,500 Credits, Instagram search costs 3,000 Credits, and YouTube search costs 2,000 Credits. Incomplete results are refunded proportionally.
How much faster is Fast Analyze?
Standard mode takes ~90s per creator, 1 at a time. Fast Analyze takes ~25s each with 5 concurrent — about 15x overall efficiency.
Can I get a refund?
Unused purchases are refundable within 24 hours. Requests made within 7 days may be reviewed with a 10% handling deduction. For technical issues, contact support.
