1Service Description

CreatorFinder AI ("the Service") provides social media creator sourcing and analysis through a Chrome extension, website services, and the CreatorFinder Search integration for ChatGPT or Codex. The Service is operated by an independent developer and supports TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

The Service provides:

• Collection of publicly visible creator information on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (username, bio, follower count, engagement metrics, etc.)
• OAuth-connected creator search and account-status tools for ChatGPT or Codex
• Automated scanning of creator bio-link pages (e.g. linktr.ee, beacons.ai, carrd.co) to locate publicly listed contact email addresses
• Fast Analyze: server-assisted parsing of creator profile data for enriched metrics
• AI-powered creator classification and campaign keyword generation
• Data export (CSV / Excel) and local storage

The Service only accesses information publicly visible to any visitor and does not involve any account hacking, use of third-party account credentials, or access to non-public creator data.

2Account & Subscription

After completing payment, your subscription is tied to the email address you provided at checkout. No activation code is issued or required.

• Log in to the extension or account page using your purchase email and password. First-time password setup and password resets require a one-time code sent to that inbox.
• Subscriptions are for personal use only — resale, account sharing, or distribution of access is prohibited
• You are responsible for keeping your email account and password secure; we are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access
• Your subscription status is tied to your email; contact support at the purchase email if you cannot access your account

3Restrictions

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Send high-frequency automated requests to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform's servers in a manner that disrupts normal platform operations
• Use collected data for harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), or any illegal activity
• Use collected personal data (including email addresses) for purposes prohibited by GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy regulations
• Reverse-engineer, crack, decompile, or redistribute the extension or its components
• Share subscription access with others, bypass subscription restrictions, or attempt to circumvent usage quotas

Violations may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

4Disclaimer

The Service relies on the public page structure of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and bio-link platforms. Any of these platforms may change their structure at any time, causing temporary limitations or interruptions to the Service.

• We will make best efforts to restore functionality after platform changes, but cannot guarantee repair timelines
• We do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of collected data
• We are not liable for business losses resulting from use of or reliance on the Service
• The Service has no official affiliation with TikTok (ByteDance), Instagram (Meta), YouTube (Google), or any other platform it accesses

5Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

• All plans and Credits purchases are one-time payments with no auto-renewal
• Monthly: 31 days · 6-month: 186 days · Yearly: 366 days
• A CreatorFinder Search request may consume a subscription allowance, free search, or Credits. The client must request your confirmation before running a potentially charged creator search.
• After expiry, Fast Analyze reverts to 1 free use per day; all locally stored data is unaffected
• Price changes do not affect active subscription periods for existing subscribers

6Intellectual Property

All code, design, and branding of CreatorFinder AI belong to the developer and are protected by copyright law. You receive a limited, non-transferable personal use licence, not ownership of any part of the Service.

7Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the developer's place of business. Nothing in this clause limits statutory rights available to consumers under their local applicable law.

8Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-extension notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
