1Service Description
AI CreatorFinder ("the Service") is a TikTok creator sourcing and analysis Chrome extension for individual users, operated by an independent developer.
The Service provides:
- Collection of publicly visible TikTok creator information (username, bio, follower count, etc.)
- Fast Analyze: parsing creator profile links and contact details
- Data export (CSV) and local storage
The Service only collects information publicly visible on TikTok and does not involve any account hacking or access to non-public data.
2Account & Activation Codes
After subscribing, the system generates a unique activation code (format: CFR-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
- Codes are tied to the purchase email and are for personal use only — resale, sharing, or distribution is prohibited
- You are responsible for keeping your code secure; losses due to code leakage are not our responsibility
- To retrieve a lost code, contact support using the purchase email
- One activation code may be active on one device at a time
3Restrictions
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Send high-frequency automated requests to TikTok servers that disrupt normal platform operations
- Use collected data for harassment, spam, or any illegal activity
- Reverse-engineer, crack, or redistribute the extension
- Bypass payment restrictions or share accounts
- Use collected personal data for purposes prohibited by GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations
Violations may result in immediate termination of your activation code without refund.
4Disclaimer
The Service relies on TikTok's public page structure. TikTok may change its page structure at any time, causing temporary limitations or interruptions.
- We will make best efforts to fix issues caused by TikTok platform changes, but cannot guarantee repair timelines
- We do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of collected data
- We are not liable for business losses resulting from use of the Service
- The Service has no official affiliation with TikTok (ByteDance)
5Subscriptions & Billing
- All plans are one-time payments with no auto-renewal
- Monthly: 31 days, 6-month: 186 days, yearly: 366 days
- After expiry, Fast Analyze reverts to 1 free use per day; historical data is unaffected
- Price changes do not affect active subscription periods for existing subscribers
6Intellectual Property
All code, design, and branding of AI CreatorFinder belong to the developer and are protected by copyright law. You receive a limited, non-transferable personal use license, not ownership.
7Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-extension notifications or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
