Install and open CreatorFinder

Install the extension in the Chrome profile you normally use for creator research.

Install from the Chrome Web Store. After installation, pin CreatorFinder AI from Chrome’s Extensions menu for quick access.

Sign in to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Make sure you can open search results and creator profiles normally before starting.

Open the extension side panel. Choose English or Chinese, then use Auto Search for a new campaign or Manual for the profile currently open.

You are ready when: the CreatorFinder side panel is visible on the right of Chrome and you can see the Auto-Discover and Manual tabs.

Log in and check credits

Open Settings to view your account status, available allowance, and top-up balance.

First login

Open Settings in the extension, enter your email, and set a password using the email verification code. Future logins use your email and password.

Credit balance

A verified guest device includes 3 lifetime trial searches. Logged-in free accounts receive 3,000 credits per month and 1 free Fast Analyze per day. The extension also shows plan allowance, top-up balance, and total available credits.

Where to click

Click the gear icon, open Settings, and find My Account.

First login

Enter your email, choose “First login or forgot password?”, enter the email code, then create an 8+ character password.

Later logins

Enter the same email and password and click Log in with password.

Run an automatic creator search

Describe the creators you need, and CreatorFinder turns your request into search steps and a filtered creator list.

Click the Auto-Discover tab. Choose TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, select up to three creator countries, and set the follower range below the prompt.

Describe exactly who you need. Include the product, target audience, use case, and preferred creator style. Country and follower requirements come from the filters below the prompt. The input supports up to 500 characters.

Click Start working. CreatorFinder first recommends creator types, not keywords. Select one to three creator types; search terms are generated only after you confirm them.

Choose the target, then confirm. Set a target from 10 to 100. CreatorFinder calculates the maximum attempts, checks its cloud creator database first, and then searches the selected platform when more creators are needed.

Good prompt

“UK bathroom renovation creators for wall panels” clearly states the market, niche, and campaign context.

Avoid

Single broad words such as “home” or “beauty”, which usually produce mixed and less relevant accounts.

How the search expands

The attempt limit is calculated from the target and filter difficulty instead of using a fixed three-round limit. Each round can qualify up to 16 creators. Reaching the target early stops new upstream searches.

Tip: Narrow product language produces better keywords. Use “UK bathroom renovation creators for a wall-panel campaign” instead of only “bathroom.”

Follow the search and handle interruptions

Search progress and creator results stay in the same area, so you can review creators while the task continues.

During collection

CreatorFinder may open background search or profile pages. Do not close them while they are in use; completed, failed, and leftover task pages are closed automatically when the related work ends.

Automatic recovery

Slow or abnormal pages are retried automatically first. A real platform sign-in or captcha cannot be bypassed and may still require you to complete the platform’s own verification.

Do not start a duplicate task while the current search is running. CreatorFinder keeps completed results and checkpoints so recoverable interruptions do not hide creators already found.

Captcha or sign-in

Complete the requirement in the same Chrome profile, return to CreatorFinder, and use the available retry or continue action.

Task stalled

Wait for the health check and automatic recovery first. If the task is still marked as stuck, cancel it and submit a new task.

Cancel and settlement

A task cancelled before searching starts is refunded. Zero-result system failures are refunded; after qualified results have been delivered, settlement is based on the delivered results rather than combining retained results with a full refund.

Review, filter, and continue a task

Choose a target from 10 to 100 qualified creators. The first 30 delivered results are included in the task view.

Open and filter

Click a creator card to inspect available Bio, followers, country, email, links, and metrics. Use Filters and Reset filters to narrow or restore the visible list.

Extra qualified creators

If a completed task found more than 30 qualified creators, creators 31–50 stay locked. Unlock one or all for 30 credits per creator; the unlock area appears only when extra results actually exist.

Continue the task

After a successful search, Continue this task keeps the existing cards but starts a separately billed new search. You choose creator types again, new terms do not repeat the previous task, and new results are deduplicated against existing creators.

If the target is missed: after the calculated maximum attempts, billing uses the qualified creators actually delivered: TikTok 50, YouTube 80, or Instagram 100 credits per creator. Zero-result system failures are refunded.

Complete public profile details

Use analysis after identifying profiles worth a closer look.

Fast Analyze

Fast Analyze revisits selected public profiles to improve available contact and profile details. Free accounts include 1 use per day; supported subscriptions or lifetime access unlock unlimited use.

How to run

Select one or more creators, enable Fast Analyze, and click Analyze. The feature reads only public information; some platforms or profiles may not expose every field.

Collect the current profile manually

Use Manual whenever you want to add the creator profile currently open in Chrome.

Open a public TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube creator profile in the active Chrome tab.

Open CreatorFinder, choose Manual, then click Collect from Current Profile.

Review the captured Bio, followers, contact signals, and links, then save, analyze, label, or export the creator.

Keyword helper

In Manual, choose a platform and country, describe the creator type, then click Generate Keywords. The first set is free; refreshing to generate another set requires a subscription and keeps the current suggestions if access is unavailable.

TikTok pages

After generating TikTok result pages, use Auto-Collect All to collect supported search and hashtag pages.

Current profile and similar creators

For Instagram or YouTube, open an individual profile before collecting it. Find Similar Creators currently accepts a TikTok profile URL, requires sign-in, and costs 800 credits per run.

For Instagram, open an individual creator profile first. Instagram hashtag/tag pages are not supported by current-profile collection.

Use Manual when: you already know a creator, found an account while browsing, or want to save one profile without starting an Auto-Discover task.

Save, organize, and export

Turn a result list into a reusable outreach shortlist.

Favorites are local

Favorites are stored only in the current browser. They do not sync to the cloud or appear automatically on another computer or browser. Favorites require an eligible logged-in account.

Excel and backup

Export selected creators or an entire collection to Excel. Regularly use JSON backup and restore to maintain local favorites before changing browsers, computers, or clearing data.

Save or remove

Click the star to add a creator to an existing or new collection. Click the saved star again to remove the creator from favorites.

Export and backup

Select creators and click Export, or open Favorites to export Excel, Backup JSON, or Restore Backup.

30-day dedupe and clear data

Eligible subscribers can enable the local 30-day dedupe switch so recently shown creators do not reappear. Clear removes local creator and contact data, so export or back up important data first.

Pricing and billing

Valid search rounds cost 1,000 credits for TikTok, 1,600 for YouTube, or 2,000 for Instagram. Reaching the target early bills completed valid rounds; missing it after maximum attempts uses result-based settlement. Extra creators 31–50 cost 30 credits each to unlock.
